A master of forces beyond this world's comprehension, Berb bends reality itself to disorient and open up his opponent.
Berb possesses a wide range of tools for repositioning himself and his opponent. Placing Rift Points
across the stage using his Time Rift or Time Fault allows Berb to teleport himself
back to any of these points using Chrono Shift. With well placement of these Points, Berb can
instead use Distortion to keep the opponent in the air or to set up a reset with great mix-up
potential. Expert use of these Points is key to mastering Berb's power.
However, Berb is not only limited to his teleportation abilities. With access to his full-screen hitting super
Chrono Stasis, Berb can freeze time itself, allowing him to lock down the opponent and deliver
devastating follow-ups. If Berb is feeling more extravagant, he can instead use Accent Acceleration
to speed up the rate of the match and every mechanic timer for him and his opponent—forcing them to play at his
tempo.
Berb remains a nightmare for any match-up, as his grasp over the field forces opponents to respect his every move. A
well-played Berb is unpredictable and oppressive, but poor execution can leave him more vulnerable than most. Having
strong fundamentals and execution is key to unleashing his full potential.
Berb can use specific attacks (such as 214P or 2141236P) to create Rift Points
which last until consumed or destroyed. Berb can use these Rift Points to teleport himself using 214K
or to juggle the opponent by teleporting them with 236S. If Berb tries to create
a Rift Point when three are already active, or if he is hit while a Rift is active, the oldest Rift Point will
be destroyed.
With his supers Chrono Stasis and Accent Acceleration (and even
his taunt to a degree), Berb can manipulate time to lock down or pressure the opponent. Combined
with his incredible agility and his full-screen super, his time manipulation makes for a truly unique and threatening
ability.
Advances the in-game timer by 3 seconds. The duration and the recovery of this taunt are also affected by the time
alterations caused by Accent Acceleration.
Berb summons a new Rift Point at his current position. Setting these points in strategic locations is key to
maximizing his potential, as they can serve as both rewarding offensive tools and reliable escape routes.
Up to three teleport points can be placed at a time. If a fourth point is created, the oldest point will disappear
to make room for the new one.
Berb teleports to the most recent Rift Point. If K is pressed again during the animation, Berb will instead
move to the next point in line. This can be repeated an additional time to move to the oldest point. Choosing a
different point to teleport to can help trip up opponents who are trying to predict Berb's movement, creating
easy openings for counterattacks.

Berb attacks the opponent, creating a distortion in space-time that teleports them to the most recent Rift Point. Like
214K, pressing S teleports the opponent to the next available point, or again for the
oldest point. This move is a great way to extend combos or to reposition opponents into more unfavorable situations.
Forces the opponent into airborne state regardless of how close to the ground the Rift Point is.

Gears pop out of Berb's robotic arm as he performs a large downward swing that hits overhead. Plays a large gong sound
on hit, sending the opponent into stagger, or Guard Crush on block.
Berb sends a version of him from an alternate timeline to assist in attacking the opponent, launching them into the
air on hit. The startup and travel speed of Berb's alternate self are also affected by the time alterations caused by
Accent Acceleration.
A powerful move that freezes time, locking the opponent in place. Although it has slow startup, it hits anywhere on
the screen and cannot be evaded using invulnerability frames. The timestop effect lasts for 2 seconds (or 120 frames).
If blocked, the effect will not trigger and Berb will be left vulnerable.
After the timestop ends, the opponent is launched with the momentum of the last attack that hit them. If they
were not hit, they will simply fall to the ground or automatically recover

The strike hitbox ignores the invincibility property of the opponent's hurtbox. If the opponent has no hurtbox
for their invulnerable move, the pushbox will be targeted instead.
The most unique super in the entire game; a pseudo-Scramble Cancel that increases the rate of which the in-game timer
and mechanic timers advance by 15%. This move can speed up meter gain, cooldowns, and more for both Berb and his
opponent.
If Accent Acceleration is used 3 times in a single match, the opponent becomes a much older version of
themselves (in appearance only).
Berb leaps backwards before suddenly appearing a far distance forwards. When hitting the opponent, a Rift Point is
created in their place, replacing the oldest point if 3 are already active. With invincibility on startup and cross-up
properties, this is easily Berb's safest option for creating Rift Points.
