Osi is a shapeshifting fighter who uses flames to get in close and smoke to disorient the opponent. With powerful mixup
tools, and the ability to impair the opponents vision, clever setup of smoke is essential to playing this character.
With access to Burning Resolve, Osi gains access to high damage combos and fast approaches as well. Make sure to use
this all together to thoroughly beat down your opponent.
Osi's signature mechanic is Mist. Certain moves like Smoke Wheel deploy clouds of Mist,
which Osi can use to obscure himself from the opponent, only showing a faint outline of his form. This makes it much
harder for opponents to see and react to Osi's movements. When Osi is inside the Mist, he takes 50% more damage from
attacks, and if he is hit three times while in the Mist, it will dissipate. Mist, unless created by
Shrouded in Mist, will also fade after a certain amount of time. While the Mist obscures Osi,
it does not do the same for his visual effects, meaning he should stick to using moves with less pronounced effects
if he wishes to conceal himself effectively.
Osi dashes forward and attacks the opponent. If the attack hits, Osi automatically follows up with two additional
attacks, launching the opponent into the air. Pressing S before the initial hit connects will cancel the attack
and instead teleport Osi behind the opponent.
Osi creates a wheel of smoke using his hands. Applies hard knockdown and immediately enters recovery on hit.
Mist is deployed around Osi when he enters recovery.
The beginning of Osi's rekka. Osi transforms his hand into a flaming blade and slashes forward. This move can be
cancelled into one of three different follow-up attacks by pressing P, K, or S after the initial
hit connects, allowing him access to a high, low, or an evasive option respectively. Like all moves in his rekka, this
move creates a large amount of visual noise, making it considerably dangerous and less preferable to use inside of Mist
as a mix-up tool.
The high follow-up to Ignited Blade. Osi transforms his sword hand into a flaming scythe and
spins around, raising his scythe high before bringing it down in a wide arc. A rather slow overhead, but a great
option for catching opponents who are instead expecting 236P~K or 236P~S.
The low follow-up to Ignited Blade. Osi reverts his hand back to normal and ignites his leg,
sweeping it along the ground. Generally safer and faster than its overhead counterpart, but for less in return.
Effective at catching opponents who are mashing expecting to hit the startup of 236P~P or trying
to hard-punish 236P~S.
The evasive follow-up to Ignited Blade. Osi reverts his hand back to normal and leaps a good
distance backwards, leaving behind a large cloud of smoke as he does so. This move is great for creating space and
resetting neutral against a more cautious foe.
An unorthodox invincible reversal where Osi stays grounded, conjuring a series of flaming spikes that erupt from his
chest. A useful meterless option to escape pressure. While it can still be reliably punished up close, its high pushback
makes it much harder to punish when spaced correctly.
Osi is in counterhit state for the entire duration of the move
Osi takes a moment to gather himself, before engulfing himself in flame. In this state, Osi's movement speed is greatly
increased, and every attack now sets the opponent on fire, dealing bonus damage over time. This state lasts for a
limited time.
Osi lets out a powerful burst of smoke that fills the screen. Unlike other moves that deploy Mist, the Mist created
from this move lasts indefinitely until Osi is hit three times. Simultaneously a blessing and a curse, as while Osi can
now move around the screen obscured, the opponent gains more opportunities to hit him while he is in the Mist, taking
advantage of the increased damage he takes while inside it. Likewise, Osi can use this fact as an advantage, baiting
the opponent into using riskier, more committal moves that can be easily punished.

Mist lasts indefinitely and will not expire over time
An invincible, high-speed dash where Osi rushes forward to grab the opponent. If connected, Osi enters a cinematic
where he deploys Mist around the opponent, before slashing them multiple times with his flaming blade. Finally, he
finishes by launching the opponent high into the air, jumping up after them to deliver a powerful downward strike.
Creates a large cloud of Mist where the attack connects
